Walter P. J. Droege is one of the loyal breeders of our station. With Escolar offspring, the Droege family has already celebrated many successes at licensings, elite shows and numerous championships. In the meantime, there are also international series successes: Two breeding products “made by Escolar” came up trumps last weekend.
In Tolbert/NED Madeleine Witte-Vrees and the Escolar x De Kooning son Elton bred by Walter P. J. Droege won in an Intermediaire I. 72.402 percent were the reward for a great round with many highlights. The pair was also unbeatable in the freestyle and won again with 73.417 percent.
Once again Annabella Pidgley and her successful mare Espe were victorious. The Escolar x Dimaggio daughter, who like Elton is bred by Walter P. J. Droege, competed in the Young Riders Tour in Le Mans/FRA and took first place in the individual classification with a score of 74.019 percent. The judges awarded a whopping 78.267 percent in the subsequent freestyle, in which Annabella was able to show all the strengths of her strong moving mare.
