The first step towards the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses 2023 in Ermelo from 3 to 6 August has been taken. Following the screening course with subsequent training test, the candidates were selected for the second screening on 4 July. The figurehead of our stallion station, Escolar, is present with two offspring:
Elliot the Dancer by Escolar – Vitalis will compete in the 5-year-old class. The Westphalian bred by Leo Hermanns will be presented by his permanent rider and trainer Stefan Wolff.
One of the 7-year-old WEG contenders is Escorial Q NRW by Escolar – Flanagan bred by Leonhard Querdel. As in Warendorf, Bianca Nowag-Aulenbrock sits in the saddle of the 2019 Bundeschampion of 3-year-old dressage horses.
We already wish good luck for the 2nd sighting at the beginning of July.
