They have not been a couple for long, but at the latest the start in the medium dressage test in Verl made it clear: Goldberg is Sophie’s championship horse of the future. With a score of 8.3, the new “dream team” came out on top of the 23-strong starting field.
Sophie, who switched from a pony to a large horse this year, had every reason to beam. Goldberg once again demonstrated his rideability and willingness to perform, so that all the required lessons were achieved and the ride was rewarded with victory. A nice motivation for the goals set for this season.
