Ancestry

Sire is our Hermes de Lux, who started his career in 2011 as a jumping star and crowd favourite at the Holstein licensing in Neumünster. He confirmed this high esteem at his stallion performance test in Neustadt/D. in 2012 as best jumping stallion and 2nd Reserve Champion with individual scores of 9.25 (jumping ability), 9.0 (walk), 8.63 (interior and rideability) as well as an 8.9 in the jumping and an 8.51 in the weighted final score. Under Christian Kukuk he won tests for young show jumpers with scores of up to 8.6 and was placed at the top, partly internationally, in medium (M) level show jumping competitions, including qualification for the Bundeschampionat. From his first crop, Hommage de Luxe was licensed from our breeding.

The dam U-Cassina produced two more licensed sons: Cronau (by Cristallo I) and the Federal and Westphalian Champion Caressini (by Carento), who also qualified for the Federal Championships in 2016.

The granddam Nena III also produced our broodmare Tara (by Quidam de Revel), dam of the medium (M) level show jumper Cocosnuss (by Cristallo I).

Third in the pedigree is Carthago, who successfully competed twice at the Olympic Games in 1996 and 2000 under Jos Lansink and won team bronze at the European Championships in Hickstead/GBR in 1999. He has 45 licensed sons. His most successful offspring include Cash/Marco Kutscher and Mylord Carthago/Penelope Leprevost/FRA.

The great-granddam Waage II is dam of the advanced (S) level show jumpers Corde la Bryere and Calymero Star (both by Calypso I) and the medium (M) level show jumper Carthago’s Son (by Carthago).

From the Holstein mare line 2004 also come the stallions Le Quidam (by Landjunge), Ratibor (by Roberto), Coraldyk (by Corrado I), Domingos (by Dolany), Canturado (by Canturo), Livingstone (by Landgraf I), APH Rocardo (by Rocadero), Acord’s Champion (by Acord II), Campari (by Capitano), Caronimo (by. Carolus I), Contec (by Carolus I), Cool Man K (by Carthago), Lord’s Highfly (by Lord), Landadel (by Landgraf I), Aarhof’s Caliano (by Catoki), Cacharel (by Carry), Robaire (by Ramirado), Claritano (by Clarimo Ask), Lancaster (by Landgraf I), Van Halen (by Vigo) and Cedrus (by Calido I).
