World champion + Oldenburg performance pedigree

Glamour Star's pedigree alone promises great things. There is the KWPN Champion Stallion and World Champion Glamourdale on the sire's side, and a full sister to Benjamin Werndl's S***-successful Sagami on the dam's side. The latter is now also in breeding herself. This is a good thing, because the dam line she shares with Glamour Star, the Oldenburg line of Kaetchen-Kateste, must be preserved. It produced, for example, the eventing hero and star sire Volturno by Vollkorn xx, as well as the Oldenburg performance horse Titus by Tiro - to name just two. One could fill a book with the successful sport and breeding horses of this mare family.

Career to date

Glamour Star was born at Susanne Scharf-Krüger's Schultenhof stud in Norden-Norddeich as one of the youngest offspring of this old family. Sandra Schürner discovered the youngster at a foal auction and was electrified. He was already a glamor star in the truest sense of the word. He ended up at Gestüt Gut Neuenhof and grew up on the pastures of the Eifel before the serious side of life began. He was given the go-ahead for breeding at the Westphalian licensing in Münster-Handorf. Now he is ready to continue his family history at the Gut Neuenhof stallion station.

The stallion station Gut Neuenhof is pleased to be able to offer breeders a real star for the future with this elegant, pure-bred dark bay Westphalian (genetically no red factor). In times when rectangular horses pose challenges for trainers and saddlers, he comes along with long lines, a dry foundation and an ideal topline. When he starts moving, all questions are answered. This youngster delivers in action what his conformation promises when standing. In addition, he is always well-behaved and motivated both in handling and under the rider. See for yourself!
