The St.Pr.St. Nena III is the dam of the L-level show jumpers Gut Neuenhof’s Quite, Cristago and Castillo. Her daughter U-Cassina (by Cassini I) is the dam of the licensed stallions Cronau (by Cristallo I) and Caressini (by Carento), 2015 Federal and Westphalia Champion, as well as the four-time final ring mare St.Pr.St. Helena (by Hermes de Lux), who is also in our breeding programme. Nena’s daughter Tara is the dam of our broodmare Carentina (by Carento) and Cocosnuss (by Cristallo I), who has already been successful in medium (M) level show jumping competitions.
Nena III, after receiving a 10.0 for her free jumping and an overall score of 8.6 at her mare performance test in Holstein, went on to compete in the final ring of the yearling best at the Holstein Elite Mare Show in Elmshorn in 2001.
The sire Carthago successfully competed twice at the Olympic Games under Jos Lansink in 1996 and 2000 and won team bronze at the European Championships in Hickstead/GBR in 1999. He has 45 licensed sons. His most successful offspring include Cash/Marco Kutscher and Mylord Carthago/Penelope Leprevost/FRA.
The dam Waage II is also dam of the advanced (S) level show jumpers Corde la Bryere and Calymero Star (both by Calypso I) and the medium (M) level show jumper Carthago’s Son (by Carthago).
The dam’s sire Ladalco has seven licensed sons and over 20 S-successful offspring.
The granddam Mareike produced the medium (M) level show jumpers Zabou (by Zünftiger xx) and Karenina (by Königspark xx).
Farnese, who follows in third place in the pedigree, comes from the legendary line of Achill. He produced important sons such as Fantus, Flacon, Fontan, Fridericus, Fleming, Falkner, Fernando, Forever and Fasolt. Farmer/Franke Sloothaak, Falkner/Sören von Rönne and Achaz von Buchwald and Feodora/Fritz Fervers stand out among his successful offspring.
